Santa’s Smokehouse is Interior Alaska’s premier provider of gourmet smoked salmon products. Founded in 1984, IAFP is a family owned and operated commercial and custom ﬁsh and meat processing facility located in Fairbanks, Alaska with an additional processing facility located in North Pole, Alaska.
Santa’s Smokehouse is proud to offer you high quality salmon products. To create these products, Santa’s Smokehouse starts with rich and ﬂavorful wild salmon. The salmon are then skillfully cut and smoked using time honored recipes that have been passed down through the generations. Santa’s Smokehouse’s care and attention to detail translates into great tasting gourmet products. These products retain the rich, natural characteristics of wild salmon, clearly separating them from farmed or ranched salmon products.
Santa’s Smokehouse’s product line includes smoked keta, and king salmon ﬁllets, and strips in a variety of ﬂavors, smoked silver and sockeye salmon ﬁllets, salmon jerky, salmon hot dogs, canned salmon sausages, sockeye and king salmon lox, ikura caviar, smoked halibut and whiteﬁsh, and much more. Products are available to both wholesale and retail customers.
