The Nanook women's basketball team was on the road on Saturday taking on Northwest Nazarene and they were looking to stop their losing streak. The Crusaders got out to a small lead in the first quarter but then they took off in the second. Their defense held the Nooks to only 25 points in the first half. The Crusaders continued to extend their lead in the second half and they would easily put away the Nanooks in this one. 93-60. Their record drops to 7-9 in conference play. The Nanooks are in a three way tie for fifth place in the GNAC. Jordan Wilson led them in the game against the Crusaders with 26 points, she also led the team with seven rebounds and four steals. Kaillee Skjold had ten points in the game. The Nanooks will return home this week for their final two home games this week. The first is on Thursday against Seattle Pacific.
